Agnès (“An-Yes”) offers a warm, creative, down-to-earth approaches that is client-focused. As a registered social worker, psychotherapist with over 20 years experiences in her field, she is passionate about supporting the healthy development of children, teens, youths and their family. May it be helping you, your child or youth with anxiety, learning differences, developmental and behavioural concerns, life transition, loss and grieve, or parent-child relationship.

As she was a youth dancer, she has special interest in helping youth athlete in finding balance while supporting their dreams. She also enjoys supporting: youths for the big move to College or University and; futures parents for the biggest job of their life. Agnès uses a wide range of approaches tailored to the client’s needs such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), play therapy, behavioural therapy, narrative, solution focused, mindfulness and attachment approaches. Been from multi-ethnic background, with lived experiences in diverse countries, she loves learning about people, cultures, languages, values and spirituality.

She is the proud parent of 2 wonderful humans that have taught her how to be a mom (….learning still in progress). When she is not practicing, you will find her walking, biking or swimming, preferably in nature.
